Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon : 12th June 2012
Khushi sees blood on Shyam's shoe and gets suspicious. She swabs the blood from his shoe and gives it for testing. Shyam sees her in his room and questions her. The test reveals that Arnav's blood group and the blood group of the sample taken from Shyam's shoe are the same. Khushi tells Nandkishore about Arnav's kidnap. He refuses to believe that Shyam is the kidnapper. Khushi comes up with a plan to prove her suspicion to him.

Khushi finds the kidnapper's address from a tattoo parlour. She receives another threatening call from the kidnapper. Madhumati comforts Payal and sends her home with Akash. Khushi and Manorama realize that they are being followed by the kidnapper's goon and hide in a shopping mall. They get rid of the goon and sneak into the kidnapper's house to search for clues. The kidnapper finds them in his house and aims a gun at Khushi.

Nandkishore shocks Manorama and Khushi by making a surprise visit to Shantivan. The Raizada family members are elated to see him. Khushi gets emotional when he gifts her a pendant that contains a picture of Arnav and her. Payal feels uncomfortable at Akash's business party. Akash takes her to her parent's house. Payal tells Madhumati about the party. Khushi tells Manorama about the kidnapper's tattoo. They visit tattoo parlours to find his identity.

Manorama is shocked to learn that Khushi is not in Madhumati's house. She is relieved when Khushi returns home safely. Khushi decides to tell the family about Arnav's kidnap but she receives a threatening phone call from the kidnapper. She tells Anjali that Arnav is fine. Akash introduces Payal to his colleagues at the business party. Khushi tells Manorama about Arnav's kidnap and the threatening call from the kidnapper. Manorama comforts her and promises to help her find Arnav.

Arnav and Khushi take shelter in a hut while the kidnappers search for them. Arnav gives a firefly to Khushi. The two of them have a romantic moment. However, the kidnappers find the hut. Arnav hits Khushi on the head and covers her up with hay to hide her from the goons. He surrenders himself to the kidnappers to save her. Khushi regains consciousness and cries for him.

The kidnapper harasses Khushi. Arnav beats him up and saves her. They try to escape from the goons. Akash apologizes to Payal for forgetting their date. He asks her to attend a business party with him. Payal agonizes about what she will wear to the party. Arnav and Khushi get hurt while trying to protect each other. They take shelter in a hut at night to hide from the goons.

Khushi informs Manorama that she is going to Madhumati's house. She recognizes Arnav's kidnapper on the street and follows him. The kidnapper attacks her and locks her up in a room. Arnav feels Khushi's presence in the room next to his. Payal waits for Akash in a coffee shop but he gets busy with work and forgets their date. A stranger chats with her while she waits for Akash. Arnav and Khushi are elated to see each other. Arnav tries to break the grill in the ventilator to reach Khushi.

Khushi spies on Shyam and follows him to a hideout. She loses her balance while peeping from a window and falls. Shyam's goons take Khushi to him. Khushi confronts Shyam about the person whom he was threatening. But he makes an excuse of dealing about the renovation of his house. Manorama and Khushi get a parcel of Arnav's medicines. They go to the medical shops to get some clue on Arnav's whereabouts.

Khushi and Manorama see Arnav leaving the airport with some strangers in the video captured by the airport security camera. Khushi steals the video tape. She and Manorama try to find the identity of the kidnappers and their motive for kidnapping Arnav. Arnav dreams about Khushi. Akash promises to take Payal out for a movie. Khushi suspects that Shyam is involved in the kidnapping and spies on him. She overhears his phone conversation.

Payal and Akash have dinner together at his office. Manorama spies on Khushi and finds out that she had lied to Nani and gone to a private detective agency in Chandini Chowk. Khushi shares her suspicion about Arnav's disappearance with Manorama. Manorama refuses to believe her. However, she gives her one day's time to prove her suspicion. Khushi tries to get permission to see the camera footage of the airport on the day of Arnav's disappearance.

Khushi decides not to file a missing person's report with the police to avoid telling the family about Arnav's disappearance. She sees an advertisement in the newspaper for a private detective agency and contacts them. Manorama spies on her. Someone discreetly follows Khushi to the detective agency. The detectives demand high fees from Khushi. Shyam misbehaves with her. Manorama questions her about Arnav.

Arnav is tied up and held hostage by some men. Khushi dreams about Arnav after his love confession. She tries to call him but his phone is unreachable. She finds out that Arnav had lied about being in Scotland. She suspects that he is danger. Arnav becomes unconscious. Nani tells Akash to take Payal out for dinner. Khushi goes to the police station to file a missing complaint.

Anjali worries about Arnav and refuses to take her medicine. Khushi pretends to receive a call from Arnav to reassure Anjali that he is fine. Nani finds out that Khushi had lied and confronts her. Khushi tells her that Arnav is missing. Chandu overhears their conversation and tells Manorama. The family comes to know that Arnav has not reached London. Akash decides to call the police. Meanwhile, Arnav calls Anjali and tells her that he is in Scotland. Arnav tells Khushi that he loves her.

Shyam threatens Khushi. Bubbly confesses to Akash that she had tried to create misunderstanding between Payal and him. Akash apologizes to Payal. Bubbly goes back to boarding school. Shyam protests when Anjali makes arrangements for Khushi to visit Arnav in London. Khushi cancels her trip after learning that Arnav has not reached London. She suspects that he is in trouble.
