An employee working in R.T.I. office situated in Roberts Ganj, Jilla Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh informs Prakash Chaturvedi that Doctor Om Prakash Tiwari wants each and every information about village, roads, electricity and thus Doctor Om Prakash Tiwari gets a reply from jilla Parishad office later, Doctor Om fumes in anger as the Government employees were looting villagers money which belonged to innocent villagers. Doctor was working for (MANREGA) Mahatama Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act in Robert Ganj, this act belongs to those villagers who are jobless, but this does not go too well with other Government employees thus they try to kill him but Doctor survives later, Goon tries to shoot him and he is admitted in the hospital.
